One more we shall be following the MGCC Anglia Phoenix throughout 1998, but this year we have the added bonus of Cambridge & Disrtict MGOC club member Brian Fish making his debut as a racing driver in this popular race series, which caters for all models of MG. The Championship has attracted much attention in the past, but more recently because of the ever increasing interest in the MGF. The Anglia Phoenix has been the only championship to feature an MGF on the race circuits of the UK. That has now changed since the introduction of the MGF Cup. The MGF you see featured on this page is that of 'Team Spirit', as you can see from all those decals, sponsors are keen to get their names on the side of the car!
